Event Registration Flow

Conference registration spans sign-up, payment, ticketing, and confirmation emails across separate tools, and stitching them together by hand creates bottlenecks and errors. Right after registration opens, any processing delay turns into drop-off.

We wired Tito registration and Stripe payments together with an n8n workflow, automating everything from sign-up to ticket issuance. A personalized confirmation email goes out via Gmail the moment payment clears, with failed payments and cancellations handled by automatic branches.
