“Starting point”
Over 10,000 orders a month came in across three channels (Shopify, NAVER SmartStore, Cafe24) and were copy-pasted by hand between ERP, carriers, and inventory. Three operators each spent three hours a day organizing orders and entering tracking numbers, with 50+ mis-shipments or stock mismatches every month.
(02) Solution · How we solved it
“Approach”
We built an n8n pipeline that syncs the three sales channels with the ERP, carriers (CJ, Korea Post, Hanjin), and inventory in real time. Delivery notifications by SMS and email are automated end to end. Operators only step in to approve edge cases.
