Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by 5years+ ("we", "us"). By engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
We provide the following services:
- AI agent development
- Workflow automation
- Web & app development
- Shopify development
- WordPress development
- AI consulting
Scope, pricing, and timeline for each engagement are defined in the individual contract or proposal.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of 5years+ or third parties
- Provide false or misleading information
- Misuse or attempt to exploit our services
Ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated in the contract. 5years+ retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio.
We act in good faith in all engagements. We are not liable for:
- Issues arising from client environments or third-party services
- Damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network outages, etc.)
- Indirect damages or lost profits
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
