Inventory, order, and CS data lived in separate core systems, so every operational question meant staff hopping between screens to check. Queries came around the clock, but people were only available during business hours.

We built an LLM connected to internal inventory, order, and CS data, using an ontology and RAG to answer operational queries with grounded responses. n8n integrates it with core systems so it slots straight into daily workflows. After the build, a ongoing contract covers further development and operations.
