JP Order Forwarding

In a Japanese trading company where customer orders still arrive by fax, a staff member had to read each incoming document and relay it to the right team, all by hand. Whenever that person was away, orders routinely slipped to the next day.

Incoming faxes are captured digitally via a FAX API, and a Make scenario structures the order details and forwards them straight to the responsible team's LINE Works channel. Every order reaches the team same-day with no human relay.
