“Starting point”
A K-Beauty brand ran a single Shopify store serving Korea only. Customers were arriving from Japan, the US, China, and Southeast Asia, but cart abandonment hit 85% because of payment, shipping, and language gaps.
(02) Solution · How we solved it
“Approach”
Using Shopify Markets, we split the storefront into four country-specific stores (KR/JP/EN/ZH). We integrated local payment methods (JCB, AliPay, PayPay), auto-matched local carriers, and calculated FX and duties automatically. Content was machine-translated into four languages while preserving the brand voice, then human-reviewed.
